Fourteen of these venues are run by Raleigh Parks. Any caterer can serve there once they file the City's catering permit: a certificate of insurance naming the City of Raleigh, and a current health rating (or an NC Department of Agriculture letter for cottage-food bakers). Alcohol is a separate $100 permit, allowed only at the parks on the City's list — every Raleigh Parks venue on this page is on it. Non-residents pay 25% more; most sites have a four-hour minimum.
